Canal Garden Lahore Plot Prices: How to Read a Listing Before You Pay

Asking prices for plots in Canal Garden Lahore, pulled from live portal cards on 3 November 2026 and checked twice: 5 marla Rs95L-1.10cr, 10 marla Rs1.48-1.65cr, 1 kanal Rs2.04-2.29cr. Plus the Tip Sector odd cuts, commercial-card traps and mis-tagged listings to watch.

A 5 marla plot in Canal Garden Lahore asks Rs95 lakh this week. Another 5 marla card from the same society asks Rs1.10 crore. A third one says "5 marla" in the headline and Rs1.55 crore in the price box. All three are real, live cards, and they are not telling you the same story. This is Canal Garden in a nutshell: the society where you read the cut, the block and the fine print before you read the price.

The bands below come from live asking prices on OLX and Zameen, observed on 3 November 2026 and checked twice. They are asks, not transactions. Any deal you close will sit somewhere under them after negotiation.

5 marla: the benchmark cut

Five marla is the most common listing in Canal Garden, and the band is tighter than the headlines suggest once the obvious outliers are out.

Block / positionAskingCard age
Tip SectorRs1.10cr1 week
Block CRs1.10cr1 week
Corner, facing parkRs1.05cr3 days
Block ERs98L-1.00cr3 days to 2 weeks
Block AA / block unstatedRs95Llive

The honest band: Rs95 lakh to Rs1.10 crore. Corner and park-facing cards sit at the top, plain interior plots at the bottom.

10 marla: a narrow, confident band

Ten marla cards barely move. The current cards sit in a tight window, which usually means dealers agree on where this size trades.

Block / positionAskingCard age
Block ERs1.65cr2 weeks
Block HRs1.58-1.60cr3 days
Tip SectorRs1.55cr2 weeks
Near park and masjidRs1.48cr1 week

The band: Rs1.48 to 1.65 crore.

1 kanal: the block decides it

Block / positionAskingCard age
Block ARs2.29cr4 weeks
Block DRs2.25cr2 weeks
Block CRs2.06-2.10cr1-2 weeks
Facing parkRs2.04cr4 weeks

The band: Rs2.04 to 2.29 crore. Block C keeps showing up at the floor of the kanal market, so check position carefully if a kanal card there looks cheap.

The odd cuts: where per-marla math breaks

Now the part that makes Canal Garden different from most Lahore societies. The Tip Sector in particular is full of cuts that do not sit on the standard 5/10/20 marla ladder:

  • 9 marla, Tip Sector: Rs1.47cr (1 week)
  • 3 marla, Block C: Rs45L; 3.25 marla: Rs46L (3 weeks)
  • 4.4 marla: Rs87L
  • 8 marla commercial: Rs3.00cr
  • 4 marla commercial, Block H / Block A: Rs98L; main road: Rs1.60cr
  • 3.5 marla commercial, Tip Sector: Rs78L

Run per-marla on these and the numbers look strange: a 3 marla at Rs45L works out to Rs15L per marla, while a standard 5 marla at Rs1.10cr works out to Rs22L per marla. That is not a bargain hiding in plain sight. It is a different product with a much thinner resale market, and portal sellers tag these small cuts inconsistently, so verify the documented dimensions before any comparison. Our plot-size guide explains why odd cuts can be good value but harder to sell later.
