Al-Jalil Garden Lahore Plot Prices: How to Read a Listing Before You Pay

Search Al-Jalil Garden plot prices today and you will find a strange market. One card quotes a 5 marla plot at Rs 5.6 lakh, another quotes Rs 40 lakh for the same cut in the same society, and both look equally current. Neither number is wrong in isolation. They are different products, from different years, quoted under one society name.

Every figure in this guide is an asking price read from live listings on 2 November 2026 and checked in two independent pulls. Nothing here is a confirmed transaction price. Asking prices are the ceiling of a negotiation, not the value of the plot.

The short answer

Al-Jalil Garden is a mid-tier scheme on Main Sharaqpur Road (Jaranwala Road), opposite the M-2 Faizpur Interchange, developed by Al-Jalil Developers, the same group behind Al-Noor Orchard a few kilometres down the same road. It has three phases, and the price depends entirely on which one you are reading about.

Plot sizeAsking price, Nov 2026What it is
5 MarlaRs 35-40 lakhResale, on-ground possession
10 MarlaRs 55-65 lakhResale and file deals
3 MarlaRs 33-45 lakhResale (single-pull evidence, thin)
8 Marla, 1 KanalNo verified bandEvidence is stale or conflicting

The 5 marla band at Rs 35-40 lakh rests on the strongest evidence: a cluster of fresh OLX cards from Block E, Block D and Block P quoting Rs 35-37 lakh within hours of each other, matching an October 2026 writeup that places a 5 marla plot "at 36 lakh". The 10 marla band at Rs 55-65 lakh anchors around Rs 60 lakh, with fresh cards in Block J, Block D and Block B quoting Rs 60-65 lakh.

Per marla, that works out to roughly Rs 7-8 lakh per marla for a 5 marla plot and Rs 5.5-6.5 lakh per marla for 10 marla. The bigger cut is cheaper per marla, which is the normal volume discount, and it tells you the 5 marla band is not a typo: smaller cuts carry the liquidity premium.

One society, three products

Al-Jalil Garden runs on a phase structure that most listings compress into one line. Separating the three products is what makes the prices make sense.

Phase 1 (Rose, Tulip, Jasmine blocks) is the developed heart of the society. These are possession plots changing hands on the secondary market, and they carry the top of the resale bands. A 5 marla here is the Rs 35-40 lakh product.

Phase 2 (alphabetical blocks A to S) is mixed. Blocks A, B, C, G, H and J are developed and possession-ready; other blocks are still filling in, and Block P has newer cuttings. The 10 marla Rs 55-65 lakh band comes from these blocks, and whether the card says "possession", "all dues paid" or nothing at all is the difference between the top and bottom of the band.

Phase 2 Extension (file-based) is the third product, and the one to handle with most care. A dealer template from January 2019 describes a five-year installment file plan for 3.5, 5, 8, 10 and 20 marla residential files plus commercial files. That is the entire current evidence for an "Extension" offer. No fresh listing found today describes a current Extension plan, so anyone quoting you Extension file prices is selling a 2019 document, not a 2026 offer.
