OPF Housing Scheme Lahore Plot Prices: How to Read a Listing Before You Pay
OPF Housing Scheme on Khayaban-e-Jinnah Road lists thin but telling October 2026 asks: 5 marla at Rs 95 lakh, 10 marla at Rs 1.55-1.65 crore, and 1 kanal at Rs 3.25 crore. Here is how to read each card before you pay.

OPF Housing Scheme Lahore Plot Prices: How to Read a Listing Before You Pay
Every guide to OPF Housing Scheme describes the same five blocks, A through E. October's live listings describe something else. The cards actually carrying prices sit in Blocks G and H, blocks the guides never mention. If you shop with the old block list in your head, you will misread every listing in this scheme.
This guide sorts that out. Every figure below is an asking price from live portal listings, not a confirmed transaction. And one honest caveat upfront: this is a thin market. Only a handful of priced residential plot cards are live right now, so each one gets examined individually rather than blended into a band that would pretend to be bigger than it is.

What OPF Housing Scheme actually is
OPF Housing Scheme belongs to the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation. It sits on Khayaban-e-Jinnah Road, the 150-foot Defence Road corridor, about three kilometres from Shaukat Khanum Hospital. The 150-foot road splits the scheme into two parts. Roughly 2,316 to 2,336 kanals make up the project, with LDA Avenue, Dream Villas, Pakistan Medical Cooperative and Punjab University Housing Society as its neighbours.
That description comes from 2023-era guides, so treat the layout details as dated context rather than fresh fact. The more important point is that the scheme's block map has grown since those guides were written. They list Blocks A to E. Current listings carry cards in Blocks C, D, E, G and H, and the priced cards sit in G and H. Whatever G and H are, extension blocks or a later phase, the guides everyone copies do not know about them.
One thing nobody has verified recently: the scheme's LDA approval status. A 2023 publisher claimed Blocks A to D were LDA approved with Block E still pending. That is a three-year-old secondary source, not a current primary one, and this run could not confirm anything on lda.gop.pk either way. So nothing about LDA status is asserted here. If you are serious about a plot, check it the way our guide to checking housing society legality in Lahore lays out: the approved list on the authority's own site, the illegal list, and the approval letter with a traceable reference number.
The current asking bands
The table below draws only on cards verified by two independent pulls of live listings on 31 October 2026. Stale cards are shown separately as context, not as current bands.
| Plot size | Asking | Basis | Confidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 marla | Rs 95 lakh | Single fresh card, Block H, published mid-October 2026 | Single data point |
| 10 marla | Rs 1.55-1.65 crore | Two Zameen cards; Rs 1.65 crore fresh, Rs 1.55 crore bumped back to top this week | Medium |
| 1 kanal | Rs 3.25 crore | Single fresh card, published mid-October 2026 | Single data point |
For the per-marla reader: the 5-marla card works out to about Rs 19 lakh per marla, the 10-marla pair to Rs 15.5-16.5 lakh per marla, and the 1-kanal card to about Rs 16.25 lakh per marla. No dramatic size inversion here. The 5-marla point runs a little higher per marla, which is normal for the smallest cut.
Dated cards that still rank in search results, shown here so you can recognise them, not quote them:
| Card | Asking | Vintage | Why it is weaker evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 kanal, Block G | Rs 2.25 crore | January 2026 | Price in page metadata only, body says "contact for pricing" |
| 1 kanal, Block D (possession) | Rs 3.0 crore | November 2025 | Same template, metadata only |
| 8.96 marla, Block E | Rs 1.45 crore | December 2025 | Same template, metadata only |
These three share identical dealer boilerplate text. When a card's price lives only in the page metadata while the body tells you to call for pricing, it is dealer template stock. It still tells you something, but much less than a card that states the price in both the header and the description.
The blocks changed
This is the headline lesson of the October market. Search "OPF Housing Scheme plots" and the guides tell you the scheme is Blocks A to E, with 10-marla plots at Rs 1 to 1.5 crore and 1-kanal plots at Rs 1.5 to 2 crore. Those numbers are from 2023. The live market says Rs 1.55-1.65 crore for 10 marla and Rs 3.25 crore for 1 kanal, and the priced cards sit in Blocks G and H.
Two things follow. First, do not average the old guide figures into the live ones. They describe different blocks at different times and blending them produces a number that exists nowhere. Second, when a dealer quotes you an OPF band, ask which block. A Block H 5-marla card at Rs 95 lakh and an old-guide 5-marla figure belong to different products, and the scheme's own guides are too old to arbitrate between them.
